We're sitting in a Mexican joint in Colorado Springs. It seems somehow incongruous to me, to be so close to the Garden of the Gods and eating salsa and nachos.
It seems wrong somehow.
This trip, for my birthday, is already quite memorable. largely because it's the first time I've worn a skull cap and looked good in it. Photos forthcoming.
Tomorrow, we explore! And dress warmly.
